The Higher Education and Workforce Development Subcommittee convened on April 10th to discuss the numerous issues plaguing the 2024-25 FAFSA. The hearing was titled “FASFA Fail: Examining the Impact on Students, Families, and Schools.”
Representatives from both sides of the aisle used the hearing to ask questions about the problems with the form’s rollout, what these delays mean for stakeholders, and to understand the full impact of the failed 2024-25 FASFA rollout.
