In response to the influx of inquiries regarding ISIR files, Federal Student Aid (FSA) has announced a webinar entitled “2024-25 ISIR Highlights.” Scheduled for Friday, March 29th at 3 PM ET, the webinar will focus on how data is organized within ISIR blocks, new identifiers, and new codes. In addition, FSA will also cover what to do when more than one family size value appears on the ISIR and recent updates to the 2024-25 Student Aid Index (SAI) and Pell Grant Eligibility Guide that relate to the ISIR.
There is no registration link since the webinar will operate on a “first come, first served” basis, accommodating up to 20,000 participants. We strongly advise early login to secure your spot for this live event. Should you be unable to attend in real-time, rest assured that a video recording and the transcript will be accessible in the FSA Training Center the subsequent week.

Adding a Webinar Invitation to Your Calendar
To add an iCalendar invitation to your calendar now, to remind you of the webinar details, follow the instructions below:
Log into the FSA Training Center.
Note: If you do not have a username and password for the FSA Training Center, select “Create new account” at the bottom of the login page and follow the instructions to create a username and password.
Select the “Upcoming Webinars” icon on the home page.
Locate the webinar in the table and select the iCalendar file to download and save the invitation to your calendar. The invitation includes the webinar link. If Outlook is not your default calendar, you may download the iCalendar (.ics) file and then upload it to your system calendar. The table on the Upcoming Webinars page also includes a link to the webinar.
Additional Webinar Resources: Recording, Transcript, Leave Behinds
A video recording will be posted the day after the session. Once you log in to the FSA Training Center, go to “Recorded Training” on the main menu bar, select “Webinars and Training Videos,” and locate the recording in the “FAFSA Simplification” category. Later in the week following the session, the webinar transcript and leave behinds will be available in the same location.
