Symplicity Launches Community for CSM Clients

You spoke, and we listened.

As we’ve met with our clients, visited their campuses, chatted with them on Zoom, and met with them at our various client events, one thing has been clear: our clients want to connect and learn from each other. We often hear from clients asking about how others are using the system to meet some goal, or what other institutions are doing related to topics such as marketing and communications, increasing student engagement, how they’ve adapted a particular module for their institution, and more.

Taking that energy, Symplicity is excited to announce the launch of Community for CSM, a place where our CSM clients can interact and learn directly with one another about Symplicity CSM and career services work more generally. 

We know the value of connecting with other career services professionals and want to provide a resource to create that opportunity for our clients.

Current Symplicity CSM clients can access Community by logging into the Symplicity Help Center and posting their question(s) to any of seven topic areas: 

  • Career Fairs, Information Sessions & Workshops
  • Counseling & Pathways
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiatives
  • Experiential Learning, WBL & Internships
  • Jobs, Employer Engagement & On-campus Recruiting
  • Reporting & API

Clients will also be able to add comments to other clients’ posts. Clients can follow topics, or specific posts within a topic, to get updates as others add to the discussion.
