Celebrate National Nutrition Month!

National Nutrition Month® occurs March of each year. National Nutrition Month® is an annual event sponsored by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.  The campaign is designed to promote choosing nutritious foods and developing healthy habits. The 2024 theme is “Beyond the Table.” This theme centers on “the farm to fork aspect of nutrtion” as well the many ways and places that we eat (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, 2024, para. 1).
