The draft 2024–25 FAFSA Specifications Guide has been updated to include Volume 9 – Testing and Web Demo System. Just earlier this week, the draft guide was updated to include Volume 1 – Summary of Changes.
With this final update for September, a test ISIR data file is now available for use in system testing. The file helps ensure institutions’ processing systems are prepared for the 2024–25 ISIR data produced by the FAFSA Processing System.
More updates forthcoming
The draft guide will continue to change between now and the published final versions. Specifically, the 2024–25 Draft ISIR Layout may change as additional FAFSA Simplification requirements are determined. FSA provides the draft guide as preview to the final guide.
