Adjusted hours at Primary Care and Mental Health Services through January 2024

Posted in: ,

In the weeks prior to the start of the Spring 2024 semester, Mental Health and Primary Care Services will begin to implement a new electronic health record (EHR) system called Point and Click, a leading vendor specializing in campus health. Benefits to students and trainees, which will go live in Fall 2024, will include:

  • Integrated scheduling including online appointment booking
  • Improved record keeping
  • Clinic use at locations that best meet learner needs

Preparations to implement the new EHR system have been underway for several months. The go-live process has been planned to minimize service disruption to students and trainees. However, the staff training and system go-live periods will require some temporary service adjustments and schedule modification for Primary Care Services in November and December and Mental Health Services during December and January. During these periods, learners will continue to have access to after-hours care as they always do.

Please see below for schedule adjustments.
