Paul R. Watson II has been appointed president of Michigan’s Kellogg Community College. Watson holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Houghton College and master’s degrees in mathematics education from Syracuse University and in teaching and curriculum from the University of Rochester. He earned an Ed.D. in educational leadership and management from Drexel University.
