Those who’ve found the most success understand that financial stability requires investing in a studentsuccess model that supports students and fiscal health. To achieve this, we measured the impact of studentsuccess initiatives on student persistence at 48 partner institutions.
Today’s most influential leaders recognize that studentsuccess goes beyond traditional measures like retention and graduation rates. A study of Civitas Learning partner institutions reinforces this wisdom, revealing that 39% of students experience a change in their likelihood to persist within a single term.
“Research shows that having role models of the same race and ethnicity with whom you identify directly correlates and contributes to pursuit of and achievement in academic and professional endeavors,” says Kelly Grossman, communications and development manager at HISPA.
