Since 2018, the graduation rate for Latine/x students has increased from 24% to 34%. Six years ago, the university transitioned from a quarter to a semester system, significantly streamlining the path to degree completion. A data literacy workshop series offered each semester helps to foster a data-driven decision-making culture across the university. From 2018 to 2023, Latinx staff representation increased from 33% to 38%, and administrator representation increased from 17% to 25%, respectively.
