Currently, approximately 5% of Goucher students are international students, a step up from the 2% in 2019. The goal is to reach 15% by 2028, Devereaux said. It’s a shortcoming that Goucher is in the process of trying to address, said Goucher President Kent Devereaux, who took the helm in 2019.
