Morgan State has an enrollment goal of at least 10,000 students by the year 2030. Williams brought a laser focus on improving enrollment and a drive to deliver a great student experience, which is more doable as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Projected total enrollment is as many as 9,500 students.
