Yavapai College Becomes the First Community College in the Country to Offer an Optimized Three-Year Bachelor’s Degree

In fall 2025, Yavapai College (YC) in Arizona will become the first community college in the United States to offer an optimized 92-credit, three-year bachelors degree. Students will be able to get this three-year degree for $9,500, says Dr. Lisa Rhine, the tenth president of Yavapai College, in an interview with Diverse.
