The programs comprehensive approach, combining mentorship, networking opportunities, and leadershipdevelopment, has created a robust pipeline for women aspiring to top positions in higher education. Recent events have highlighted the particular vulnerabilities faced by women in these positions.
HBCU Scholars engage in a series of workshops, leadershipdevelopment programs, and networking events with the opportunity to connect with industry leaders, policymakers, and alumni of the program.
